i didnt play for nearly a year now and i get this error saying my computer is banned . =o dunno whats going on . ? any help please . atleast i want to know for how long if i did anything wrong

i dont have any sharmoota account :S and i didnt play yasterday . i think u guys have some kind of error . i didnt play yasterday . i am banned already since forever for some reason . sharmoota means slut . why would i make an accout by that name . and if i knew about it i wouldnt be here talking to u . i downlaoding the game yasterday again .

can u do something for me if this is the case .. delete all my profiles and the sharmoota thing . and i want to create an account with a different password and email . cause its diffenatly not me playing
